Retailer dispute guidance

Want to dispute a payment made to Amazon, Netflix, Apple or Google?

If you have a payment that you:

  • Didn't get the goods or services you expected
  • Haven't received a refund for something you returned

Or

  • If you have subscriptions that you'd like to manage / cancel / dispute you can do this by following the steps below.

Amazon

You can only manage subscriptions through a mobile or desktop web browser and not Amazon's app.

How to manage and dispute payments with Amazon

To dispute a payment with Amazon:

  • Sign In at amazon.co.uk
  • Select Customer Service

To manage a subscription with Amazon:

  • Sign In at amazon.co.uk
  • Select Your Account
  • Select Membership & Subscriptions

Netflix

How to manage and dispute payments with Netflix

  • Sign In at netflix.com
  • Select Help Centre
  • Select Fix a Problem
  • Select Billing Issues

Apple

How to manage and dispute payments with Apple

Through Apple's website:

  • Go to: support.apple.com
  • Select Billing and Subscriptions

To manage subscriptions through an Apple device:

  • Open Settings
  • Select your Name / Apple ID
  • Select Subscriptions

Disputing through an Apple device:

  • Open Settings
  • Select your Name / Apple ID
  • Select Media & Purchases
  • Select View Account

Google

How to manage and dispute payments with Google

Disputing a payment with Google:

  • Sign in at myaccount.google.com
  • Select Payments & subscriptions
  • Select Manage purchases

To manage a subscription with Google:

  • Sign in at myaccount.google.com
  • Select Payments & subscriptions
  • Select Manage subscriptions
